days weeks and months

Days, weeks and months go rolling by; they all melt into each other and what I feel only a few days I sadly tear yet another month from my travel calendar.
Everyday I remind myself that this lifetime is a journey but somehow I keep getting dragged back into seeking and planning a final destination.
Mortgages and not being handed out and buyers are very few despite the pretend-hype that is being circulated. There are many houses for sale out there and all plying for a place. I have thought about renting my place but I don't think it would be wise for a number of reasons and I want a final break from this house (and this country) (yet - who knows, I still may return)

when will the house prices increase

i am fed up with this credit crunch and not being able to sell my house.
some people have said it will be five years before they increase again.
i can not stop here for another five years.
i cant afford to live in this country
